What This Policy Covers

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is information that we and other communications carriers obtain in the course of providing telecommunications services to you. CPNI includes the type of services you have with us, when and how you use them and the billing information that relates to those services, including calling details.

Your telephone number, name and address are not considered CPNI.

From time to time, we use your CPNI internally and with our affiliates and authorized agents in order to offer you additional products and services that may fit your needs. We do not share your CPNI with any third parties except as required for legal or regulatory reasons or with your specific authorization.

We have an obligation under Federal law to strictly maintain the confidentiality of your CPNI and this is an obligation we take very seriously.

If you do not wish for us to access your CPNI for our internal marketing purposes, you can contact us at any time to change your preference. Your decision to permit or restrict our access to your CPNI for marketing purposes will not affect the provision of any products or services to which you currently subscribe.

Storage of Sensitive Data

All Personally Identifiable Information stored by us is stored on our secure servers located behind firewalls and other security measures. Employees have access to only that information that is required to perform their job. All data is stored in the United States.

To protect your Personally Identifiable Information, including Customer Proprietary Network Information, we take all reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We protect your Personally Identifiable Information during transmission to and from our website by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. When moving or exchanging any Personally Identifiable Information, we use industry accepted best practices for the secure transmission and storage of that information.
